About

Welcome to BeingTC.com!

I've had several blogs over the years. One blog would focus on my roles as husband and father, another would be devoted to my thoughts as a fledgling theologian, and still another blog would capture my identity as a hip hop head. This blog is my attempt to de-compartmentalize my blogging, showing that all the roles and aspects of my life are inter-related. I am one person.

BeingTC is about a Jesus-follower, a husband, a father, an urbanite, a minister, a theologian, a hip hop head, a tech geek, and a designer. BeingTC is about me.

Feedback is welcome, and I don't even mind if you disagree with me. However, I do ask that all discussion on this blog be conducted in a spirit of charity. This blog is not primarily a forum for debating topics. Rather, the primary purpose for this blog's existence is for me to express myself. Only after this, is hearing varying perspectives a priority. Welcome to BeingTC.com

Like yours, my life is multi-faceted. This blog is an attempt to chronicle my de-compartmentalized life and thoughts as a Jesus-follower, husband, father, urbanite, minister, theologian, tech geek, hip hop head, and designer. Discussion is welcome, so long as it is conducted in a spirit of charity. First and foremost, this blog is for self-expression—then community.
